1. Agreement to Terms
By booking our services at CleanOut CashIn, you agree to be bound
by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before
scheduling any service.
2. Services Provided
CleanOut CashIn provides two primary services:

Cleaning & Removal: Complete cleanout of
designated spaces with responsible disposal, donation, and
recycling of items.

Removal & Resale: All services included in
Cleaning & Removal, plus professional resale of valuable
items with profit sharing.
3. Limitation of Liability
3.1 Damage During Moving and Selling
CleanOut CashIn shall not be held liable for any damages to
items that occur during the moving, transportation, storage,
listing, photographing, or selling process.
This includes but is not limited to:

Scratches, dents, chips, or other physical damage to items
during handling or transportation

Damage resulting from normal wear and tear during the resale
process
- Loss or damage occurring during shipping to buyers
- Deterioration or damage during storage prior to sale

Any pre-existing damage or defects not disclosed by the customer
3.2 Authorization to Transport Items
By engaging our services, you hereby authorize CleanOut CashIn to:

Transport items from your property to our storage, donation
centers, recycling facilities, or disposal sites

Transport items to shipping carriers or buyers for resale
purposes

Move items within your property as necessary to complete the
cleanout

Load, unload, and handle items using appropriate equipment and
vehicles
Customer Acknowledgment: The customer
acknowledges that items selected for removal or resale will be
handled with reasonable care, but CleanOut CashIn cannot guarantee
the condition of items throughout the process. The customer
accepts full responsibility for identifying and securing any items
they wish to keep before service begins.
4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing for our services is based on custom quotes that take into
account the size of the space, the amount and type of items to be
removed, and any special circumstances. Each job is unique, and we
provide personalized pricing after an initial assessment.

All pricing will be provided through a detailed quote before
service begins
- Payment is due upon completion of the cleanout service

For Removal & Resale service: Customers
receive 40% of the money made from any items successfully sold

Profit sharing payments will be distributed after items are sold
and payment is received from buyers
Profit Sharing for Resale Service
When you choose our Removal & Resale service, you earn
40% of all proceeds from items we successfully sell.
We handle all the work—listing, photographing, communicating
with buyers, and shipping—while you get cash back from items you
no longer need. It's a win-win!
Additional Charges for Special Items
Large and unique items that require special handling,
disposal, or equipment may incur additional charges beyond the
standard pricing.
This includes but is not limited to:

Large Items: Pianos, pool tables, hot tubs,
large safes (Note: We do not handle commercial or industrial
equipment/machinery)

Special Disposal Items: Hazardous materials,
chemicals, paint, automotive fluids, tires, electronics
requiring certified disposal

Heavy Items: Concrete, bricks, stones,
extremely heavy furniture or equipment
-
Specialized Equipment Needs: Items requiring
special tools, additional personnel, or rental equipment for
safe removal

Unique Items: Antiques, collectibles, or
items requiring specialized knowledge for proper handling and
valuation
Customer will be notified of any additional charges before
they are incurred.
If additional fees apply, we will provide a revised quote and
obtain approval before proceeding with those specific items.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled
service time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice
may be subject to a cancellation fee.
6. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about the space and items to be
removed

Clearly identify and secure any items you wish to keep before
service begins

Provide access to the designated space on the scheduled service
date

Ensure all items to be removed are your property or you have
authorization to dispose of them

Disclose any hazardous materials or special disposal
requirements
7. Resale Service Terms (Removal & Resale Only)
For customers who choose the Removal & Resale service:
- CleanOut CashIn will evaluate items for resale potential
- Not all items may be suitable for resale

We will handle all listing, photography, communication with
buyers, and shipping

Customers receive 40% of the proceeds from all items
successfully sold

Profit sharing payments will be distributed after items are sold
and payment is received from buyers

Items that do not sell within a reasonable timeframe may be
donated or disposed of

CleanOut CashIn reserves the right to set pricing for items
being sold to maximize resale value
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our cleanout service. If you are
not satisfied with the cleanliness of your space after service,
please contact us within 24 hours and we will work to address your
concerns.
9. Privacy
Your personal information will be kept confidential and used only
for the purpose of providing our services. We will not share your
information with third parties except as necessary to complete the
service (e.g., donation centers, recycling facilities).
10. Changes to Terms
CleanOut CashIn reserves the right to modify these Terms and
Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon
posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after
changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
